The Department of Cardiology manages the full spectrum of heart disease — from risk assessment and preventive cardiology to complex coronary interventions and heart-rhythm management. Care is delivered through dedicated outpatient clinics, a 24/7 cardiac catheterisation laboratory and a specialist Coronary Care Unit.
Every patient's care plan is discussed within a multidisciplinary heart team so that decisions about medication, catheter-based treatment or surgery are made together and explained clearly to the patient and family.
